Warranty Period
The general warranty lasts for the time period specified in the literature included with your product or as outlined below.
JET products carry a limited warranty which varies in duration based upon the product. Accessories carry a limited warranty of one year from the date of receipt.
Consumable items are defined as expendable parts or accessories expected to become inoperable within a reasonable amount of use and are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects.

Who is Covered
This warranty covers only the initial purchaser of the product from the date of delivery.
What is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials subject to the limitations stated below. This warranty does not cover failures due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, normal wear-and-tear, improper repair, alterations or lack of maintenance.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Damage caused by accidents or use outside recommended guidelines
Because JPW cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from JPW or a JPW authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. JPW reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. If you have any questions about whether a seller is authorized, please contact us by using the applicable form below or by calling the applicable number below.
Authorized Sellers
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from JPW or an authorized JET distributor. Warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers may be denied.
Warranty Service & Claims
To obtain warranty service:
- Proof of purchase is required
- Contact JET through the official contact form. or customer service
- A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained prior to returning any product
- If inspection or repair is required, JPW or an Authorized Service Center (ASC) will provide instruction
Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for shipping products to JPW or an ASC
- Return shipping is provided within the continental United States for warranty-covered items
- Expedited shipping is available at additional cost
How State Law Applies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, subject to applicable state law.

Legal Limitations
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
JPW shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, downtime, or injury resulting from the use of its products.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
