Program will run 8/1/2024-9/30/2024 or while supplies last. JPW Industries will rebate any industrial order over $2500 placed within the timeframe. Spend levels range from $2500-$4,999 ($250 rebate), $5,000- $7,499 ($500 rebate), $7,500+ ($750 rebate). Rebate is a VISA prepaid gift card. The redemption form MUST be postmarked or submitted online by October 31, 2024 unless the item is backordered and if this is the case, within 15 days of the ship date. The rebates will be issued within 60 days of the receipt of the redemption form. Limit to two (2) VISA Prepaid cards per person, household, email, or address during the period. Rebate is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion. ONLY JET Industrial and Wood products are included in this promotion –Replacement parts are EXCLUDED from this rebate.
