Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIFT CARD REBATE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Timing: The JET Machinery and Tools Gift Card Rebate Program (the "Rebate Program") begins on August 1, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) and ends September 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Rebate Program Period").
Offers: The Rebate Program includes your choice of one of the following offers: spend $2,500 to $4,999.99 and receive a $250 gift card, spend $5,000 to $7,499.99 and receive a $500 gift card, or spend $7,500 or more and receive a $750 gift card (each an "Offer"). Limit one (1) Offer per person, email address or street address. One Offer may not be combined with any other Offer.
Eligibility: The Rebate Program is open to only legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older prior to the beginning of the Rebate Program Period. This Rebate Program is void where taxed, prohibited, or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Requests from groups, organization or entities are ineligible and will not be honored.
End users who make qualifying purchases of Eligible Products (as defined below) during the Rebate Program Period and complete and timely submit all information required by the rebate claim form (“Claim Form”) have the choice of one of the following ways to redeem an Offer and receive a VISA® prepaid gift card (the "Rebate”). The gift card for the Rebate is subject to all terms and conditions and cardholder agreements of the gift card issuer. Limit one (1) Rebate per person, email address or street address.
Offers: There is a choice of one of the following three ways to redeem an Offer and receive a Rebate, as follows:
Offer #1: Spend $2,500 to $4,999.99 and receive a $250 gift card: During the Rebate Program Period, purchase $2,500 to $4,999.99 worth of Eligible Products before taxes and after any coupons or discounts from any participating retailer. Then, visit https://jettools.com/gift-card (the "Website") and complete all required information on the Claim Form, including uploading a photo of your original, itemized, dated printed out receipt(s) or a screenshot of your original itemized, dated receipt(s) that contain $2,500 to $4,999.99 worth of Eligible Products purchased during the Rebate Program Period (the "Receipt"). If you prefer to mail in your Claim Form, please send a printed copy of the Claim Form along with the original Receipt to: JPW Rebates, 3300 S Alpine Rd., Rockford, IL 61109.
Offer must be submitted online or postmarked by 11:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2024. Offers submitted online or postmarked after that date and time will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a Rebate. If a Receipt is illegible or is otherwise non-compliant with the Receipt requirements described herein, or a Claim Form is illegible or incomplete, then a Rebate will not be issued.
Receipt(s) must contain at least $2,500 to $4,999.99 worth of Eligible Products before taxes and after any coupons/discounts to receive the Rebate in the form of a $250 VISA® prepaid gift card.
Offer #2: Spend $5,000 to $7,499.99 and receive a $500 gift card: During the Rebate Program Period, purchase $5,000 to $7,499.99 worth of Eligible Products before taxes and after any coupons or discounts from any participating retailer. Then, visit https://jettools.com/gift-card (the "Website") and complete all required information on the Claim Form, including uploading a photo of your original, itemized, dated printed out receipt(s) or a screenshot of your original itemized, dated receipt(s) that contain $5,000 to $7,499.99 worth of Eligible Products purchased during the Rebate Program Period (the "Receipt"). If you prefer to mail in your Claim Form, please send a printed copy of the Claim Form along with the original Receipt to: JPW Rebates, 3300 S Alpine Rd., Rockford, IL 61109.

Offer #3: Spend $7,500 or more and receive a $750 gift card: During the Rebate Program Period, purchase $7,500 or more worth of Eligible Products before taxes and after any coupons or discounts from any participating retailer. Then, visit https://jettools.com/gift-card (the "Website") and complete all required information on the Claim Form, including uploading a photo of your original, itemized, dated printed out receipt(s) or a screenshot of your original itemized, dated receipt(s) that contain Eligible Products worth $7,500 or more purchased during the Rebate Program Period (the "Receipt"). If you prefer to mail in your Claim Form, please send a printed copy of the Claim Form along with the original Receipt to: JPW Rebates, 3300 S Alpine Rd., Rockford, IL 61109.
Offer must be submitted online or postmarked by 11:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2024. Eligible Products: During the Rebate Program Period, only purchases of the following new products by end users are eligible to qualify for a Rebate: only JET® branded products are included in the Rebate Program and the Offers (“Eligible Products”). Out-of-stock products, past purchases, pre-ordered purchases, used products, returned products, warranty replacement products and replacement parts are excluded from this Rebate Program. Offers are limited to retail customers who are end users of the products and is not valid on purchases by distributors, resellers, wholesalers, or dealers.
Conditions and Disclaimers: Rebates are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents. A Receipt submitted in one Offer cannot be used in any other Offer or Rebate. Upon validation and approval of your Claim Form and Receipt(s), a Rebate in the form of a VISA® prepaid gift card will be sent to the address on the Claim Form within 6 to 8 weeks. Gift card issuer terms, conditions and restrictions will apply.
Once your Rebate has been shipped, we will send an email to the email address you provided that contains the tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment and monitor its delivery progress using the tracking number at the carrier's website. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination, weather, and carrier delays. If your tracking information has not been updated by the carrier in a few days, please contact the carrier to verify the status of your shipment. If your order was attempted to be delivered and failed, please contact the carrier to verify the status. There may be a mistake in the address you provided or confusion regarding the delivery location. We are not responsible for any loss or theft after shipping. Please take steps to protect yourself from loss and theft.
All Rebate redemptions are final. We are not responsible for any gift cards that are misdirected, not received, or returned as undeliverable, which will result in forfeiture of the Rebate. Gift cards will not be replaced even if lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired. Gift cards are not exchangeable or refundable and no refund will be provided for any unused portions of gift cards.
All Claim Forms and Receipt(s) become our property and will not be returned. Please retain a copy for your files. We are not responsible for late, misdirected, incomplete or non-complying Offer submissions or for late, lost, illegible, postage due or undeliverable mail or unreceived online submissions due to computer systems or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections. Non-complying Offer submissions will not be honored, acknowledged, or returned.
Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of Rebates by using scripts, bots, multiple email addresses, identities, mailing addresses, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Offer submissions.
Offer submissions will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of redemption. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a Claim Form, the registration will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.
We reserve the right to substitute the Rebate with an alternate gift card or reward of equal value in the event that the Rebate becomes unavailable for any reason. We further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Offers at any time for any reason, in our sole discretion and all Claims Forms and Receipt(s) properly submitted prior to cancellation will be awarded.
ALL REBATES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from your participation in the Offers. By submitting a Claim Form, you agree to release and hold us, and our respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") harmless from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property,
arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of submission of a Claim Form, participation in the Offers or receipt or use or misuse of the Rebate.
As a condition of participating in an Offer, you agree that all issues concerning the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. You also submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in Tennessee and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts in Nashville, Tennessee. You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Offers or any Rebates shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred associated with participating in the Rebate Program, but in no event attorney's fees; and you waive the right to claim any punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement pertaining to the subject matter hereof. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions.
