With an expanded 18" swing and 60" between centers, this lathe provides the clearance and stability required for large-diameter components, heavy shafts, industrial rollers, and high-mass workpieces.
Powered by a 10HP, 3-phase motor, the GH-1860ZX delivers consistent torque for aggressive roughing cuts and dependable performance under sustained load. The 3.15" spindle bore allows larger material to pass directly through the headstock, reducing secondary operations and improving shop throughput.
The one-piece cast iron base is engineered to dampen vibration and resist flex during heavy cuts, supporting improved surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and repeatable results in demanding environments. Twelve spindle speeds ranging from 26–1500 RPM provide the flexibility to move from heavy stock removal to precision threading and finishing operations.
